Our Christian Science Sunday School begins at approximately three years of age, depending on a child’s readiness, and continues through age twenty. It is held at the same time as church and is conducted in small classes appropriate to meeting the needs of children and young people. Children study the 10 Commandments, the Beatitudes, and the Lord’s Prayer. Older students focus on the Christian Science Bible Lesson and the writings of Mary Baker Eddy, learning how to apply the truths of the Bible and Science and Health specifically to their own lives.

This one hour every Sunday morning offers an atmosphere of joy and affirmation of each child’s innate goodness. It encourages each student to grow in God-given confidence and trust in Life, Truth, and Love. The practical application of the truths of God and man to the child’s own experience is a clear objective of each class. Children and young people leave feeling strengthened in knowing that God’s presence and power can be demonstrated in their own lives. They can move forward to meet challenges without fear.
